Are you familiar with David Thorpe over at True Hoop? He trains NBA players, OMax is one of his clients he is very high on . It's not a promotion thing either, he usually never mentions his active clients.

Yeah, I know and follow David for a long time (although a bit less last couple of years). Thanks for sharing this, a very good point. Is there a link available to see him talking about OMax?

Otherwise, both he and Lively seem like great guys, with great attitude...a reason why I think you dont give up on him too soon.

Not really, he's mentioned him in passing mostly. Did talk about his coachability. He sees Omax as a ball handler that can create for himself (years from now) with even an all star ceiling.

i find that hard to believe. he never played that role, probably not even in his high school, let alone college or the legends for example.

Who’s next? I like these. Maybe Spencer D? I would like to hear how you think he fits into this puzzle and why they signed him.

Thanks for your feedback Terry! Maybe I'll do a quick poll again (and I'll count your Spencer vote in).

Really interesting player to watch. Omax seems to still need the game to slow down for him. Hus athleticism and quickness almost cause some of his mistakes. He seems more like a wing than a 4, and according to Nico is still growing. I think the addition of Spencer almost relegated Omax to the G-League again this year. I remain very interested because of the seemingly enormous skill set, but do not feel he will be a factor this year at all. I do hope the Mavs keep working with him, David Thorpe might be right.
